These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the Adefey Business Associates Program ("the Program"). By registering as a Business Associate, you agree to comply with the following rules and guidelines:
Business Associates may refer new Associates to join the program, and introduce buyers for Adefey real estate projects (houses and land). Participation in the program does not establish an employer-employee relationship with the company. Associates act as independent partners.
Houses: 5% direct-sale commission on the value of each confirmed house sale, plus 1% downline commission on each confirmed house sale made by a direct referral.
Land: 10% direct-sale commission on the value of each confirmed land sale, plus 3% downline commission on each confirmed land sale made by a direct referral.
The company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this program at its discretion, with or without prior notice. Any Associate found violating these Terms may be removed from the program, with loss of all accrued but unpaid commissions.
All decisions made by Adefey Homes & Properties regarding eligibility, commissions, and disputes are final and binding. By participating, Associates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the "Invite 10, and get ₦20,000" Program of Adefey Homes and Properties ("The Company"). By participating, all Business Associates agree to abide by the following rules:
A cash reward of ₦20,000 (Twenty Thousand Naira) will be given to the Referrer upon verification that all 10 Referrals have successfully registered, indicated the correct Referrer, and been added to the official WhatsApp group. The reward will only be paid once per qualifying set of 10 Referrals; multiple sets may be rewarded separately, subject to verification. Rewards are available only to the first five (5) Referrers who achieve the target, unless otherwise extended by management.
Referrers must conduct all recruitment activities with integrity and professionalism, without misrepresentation of the company's values or opportunities. Any false information, manipulation of data, or fraudulent registration will lead to disqualification and forfeiture of rewards. Participation in this program does not create an employer-employee relationship between the company and the Referrer/Referrals.
The company reserves the right to verify all registrations and referrals before issuing rewards, and may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at its discretion, with or without notice. All decisions of management regarding eligibility, verification, and reward distribution shall be final and binding. By participating, the Business Associate agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
The headings in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and hold no legal significance. We may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice, and upon such assignment, we are relieved of any further obligations under these Terms of Use. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights under these Terms of Use. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use with respect to a breach by you or others shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such right to act. We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms of Use caused by circumstances beyond our control. These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between you and us.
